"No, not interested!"
As I said before. . . when you are talking to an MLM prospect,
(especially for the first time) they could care less about:
- Your "Latest Greatest" Product
- Your "Never Before Seen" Compensation Plan
- Your "Six Figure" MLM Business Opportunity
When you first contact an MLM prospect and you even mention *A
Word* of info on anything about your Product or your MLM business
opportunity, to your prospect, its like being forced to sit and
watch a *Bad* Steven Seagal Movie.
There's going to be some point where they are going to Get Up,
Walk Out and Never Look Back! So here is the *Golden Nugget* that
you have to ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS remember:

Your Prospect didn't fill out the form because
they wanted an MLM Business.
They filled out the form because they want to
*Get Rid Of a Pain*
... and they see that a Home Business can help
get rid of that *Pain*.
***********************************************
What's that you ask?
"So, how the heck do I communicate, empower and develop a relationship
with my MLM prospect based on their needs and not mine... without
saying anything about my product or MLM business opportunity?"
Great Question!
It's easy, and here's all you have to do:
(You ready?)
"Find Their Pain And
Provide Them Pleasure"
That's It! - That's all I do when I talk
to my prospects.
Why do I do this, you ask?
Because prospects, just like all human beings
Respond better to *Pain* than to "Pleasure".
It's true. . . And here's Proof!
Here's a scenario, that'll open your eyes to why you'd ALWAYS want to
use your prospects *Pain* to build your MLM business:
Imagine suddenly being woken up 3:00 o' clock in the morning, to your
phone ringing. And the person on the phone says: "Hey neighbor, I hate
to wake you up like this but I have a Brand-New 2006 BMW here, and I'm
selling it for 500 bucks, you interested?"
Now let's take that same scenario but this time let's change the
message, let's add some *PAIN*. Imagine being woken up to this:
"Hey neighbor, I think I see someone breaking into your Toyota, I
think you should go check it out."
Now honestly, which scenario would have you *Hauling* your butt
outside in your PJ's.
A- Getting a $40,000 car
for 500 Bucks
OR
B- Save your $7,000 car from being stolen.
See, our human instinct would rather
*Avoid Pain* than to Acquire Pleasure.
So you see, all I do is exploit this Human Characteristic (For Good,
Not Evil) when I'm building my business.
Personally, I have a little known 17 second close which Pin-Points a
Major Pain that 90% of All Adults (including yourself) IN THE WORLD
would have to say "Yes" to check out ANY business (Your MLM business
opportunity), to see how they could get rid of that pain A.S.A.P.
(There's also 45 Second Close that "believe it or not" is 20X More
Effective)

Did you see how I kept *Digging* until
BAM, I found her Pain. So no matter what you're promoting, just
remember:
"Find Their Pain and Provide Them
Pleasure!" that's the secret to building your MLM Business.
Here are a few Prospecting Tips to help you close more prospects into
your MLM Business:
1 - Pain comes in all shapes and sizes, all the way from
Emotional Pain, Physical Pain, Financial Pain, Economical Pain,
Psychological Pain. . . (so there is always a pain you can *Exploit*
to explode your MLM Business)
2 - Let me give you a *Prime* example to help you out:
Ok, let's just imagine you're in Real Estate. And you just found out
that your new prospect rents an apartment. You might want to say
something like this to them:
"If I could show a nice couple such as yourselves how to buy a new
home with No Money Down and you didn't have to waste another penny
Making Your Landlord Rich ever again, would that be worth 30 minutes
of your time later on today to get more information?"
It's a little "Cut and Dry" but it ties in what I've been talking
about for the past 5 minutes.
Did you see how I provided them the "Pleasure" of No Money Down, but
even more importantly did you see the *PAIN* I put in there, taking
money out of their paycheck to pay their landlord (making him/her
rich) is a PAIN that I know they have, because I know that is
the #1 PAIN that renters would LOVE to get rid of.
See it wasn't the No Money Down that got them to say "Yes", it
certainly helped. But it was a chance to finally get rid of that
Nagging, Landlord*PAIN* that had them "running outside in their PJ's
to see what I had to offer!"
This is the approach I Love to use, and as
you can probably bet, the results beat the heck out of giving people a
long boring speech about how your opportunity's the best and having
the door slammed in your face.
So if you're
looking for a way to close more prospects into your MLM business,
always remember to "Find their Pain and Provide them Pleasure"!
