How to Build a Magnetic Rapport That'll Pull Your Prospect By The shirt To Your MLM Home Business!

  I'm going to share with you a little secret that'll literally change the way you prospect for your MLM Home Business?

Some of your upline leaders, your team leaders and a few of your *Favorite* Heavy Hitter MLM Prospectors may have left this out when they were training (or trying to) train you on Prospecting.

And it's basically, How & why the Power of building a Magnetic "Relationship" with your prospect will determine your MLM Home Business Success.

You may think that this just sounds like some more "Theory" Mumbo Jumbo that alot of these so called "Guru's" like to throw at you. But Developing a Relationship (or at least A Rapport) with your prospect is something you NEED to do if you want to build a successful MLM Home Business!

Here's why:

(move close because I'm going to whisper that secret in your ear)

"See, prospects will NEVER EVVVVVVVEERRR work with somebody they don't like and / or trust"

Did you get that?

Your Prospects will Never work with you, join you, or sign up in your MLM business, if they don't LIKE YOU and especially if they don't TRUST YOU!

Let's take it back to the basic 'definition' of Prospecting. Remember it's:

"The art and science of communicating, empowering and developing a RELATIONSHIP with your prospect based on their needs not yours or mine"

And that's why it's absolutely crucial to build a Relationship (or at least some kind of rapport) with your MLM prospect. Just think of it as this:

Prospecting without trying to build some kind of rapport with your prospect is like riding your bike, motorcycle, or car up a hill (with no air in the tires).

Sure it's possible to get to your destination (building a 6,7 or even 8 figure MLM home business), but it makes your job so much more harder, and almost *unbearable*. Just imagine how painful it would be, and how FAST you would throw in the towel if you had to go up a hill (with flat tires) 5, 10, 20 times a day.

Now just imagine, the more "Rapport" you build with your prospect, the more air you put in your tires. (IT MAKES YOUR JOB, SO MUCH MORE EASIER)

Then it's almost *Fun*, and almost *Effortless* even, to go up that hill (to prospect for your MLM business!)

So, you always want to build a relationship, or *at least* some kind of rapport with your prospect. Because without it, it's almost like an *Unnecessary* Up-Hill Battle every time you call a prospect.

As you already know, today's lesson is:

 How to Build a Magnetic Rapport that'll pull your prospect by the shirt to your MLM Home Business in 3 Easy Steps!

It may sound hard to do, (and believe you-me it was a hard concept for me to grasp when I first started out as well). But if you can learn, and apply some proven principles and *Exploit* certain prospect behaviors, trust me, building a successful MLM home business and putting people into your downline will be A PIECE OF CAKE!

Now it's taken me a few months and ALOT of Prospecting to learn how to build a MAGNETIC Rapport that pull my prospects to me, by the shirt!

But it's not going to take you that long because I'm going to share with you a few strategies that literally took me months and Hours upon Hours of Prospecting to figure out.

I'll give you 3 strategies that you can use *Right Out Of Gate" to put more prospects into your MLM home business by this time tomorrow!

So, in order to build a M.A.G.N.E.T.I.C. rapport with your prospects, always remember to:

1 - Talk To Them As A Friend

You don't want your prospect to feel like they're sitting in the "Hot Seat" in the
boardroom of "The Apprentice". You want to talk to your prospect as a "friend".

See people can relate...(relationship) to having a calm, relaxed conversation with a friend.

And that's EXACTLY the "Hypnotic" atmosphere you want to bring to every prospecting call. This allows your prospect to open up, trust you, and see you as a friend "and not someone just trying to sell them on the next HOT business opportunity out there"

And this allows you to qualify your prospect "under the radar" and be seen as a "Friend" just trying to help another "Friend"

2 - Get Them Talking (About Themselves & Their Family)

Don't ever get it twisted. People LOVE talking about themselves & equally as much, about their family. So why not "exploit" it while you're prospecting for your MLM business.

So when you're talking with your prospect, ask them questions that'll "open" them up, and show them that you're interested in what they're doing. For example:

Let's just say you ask your prospect: "What do you do for a living right now?"

And your prospect responds: "Oh, I'm a Full-time student"

I'd say: "Oh really, what are you studying" or "What school do you go to?"

Just say something like that. Because you know that, the more info your
prospect decides to share with you, the more they see you as "a friend"
or basically as someone "non-threatening" who's just trying to help.

3 - Respect Them And Their Time
 
Now this is the main thing that separates US (Network Marketers) from THEM (Tele-Marketers)

I know how much prospects or "people in general" HATE telemarketers. So that's why, during EVERY prospecting call, I show my prospects that I respect them and their time.

This is so simple and so effective to do. Basically, after I introduce myself
I simply say: "Did I catch you at a bad time?"

That's it!

This little phrase totally opens them up to whatever I have to say, because I've just shown that I respect them and their time and also because (They see that I'm NOT a telemarketer)

Let's face it, what telemarketer do you know, asks if it's a bad time before jumping into a drawn out conversation? "Not Too Many, If Any."

Even if your prospect is too busy for a full conversation, they'll at least show
you the respect that you just shown them. Which makes scheduling an appointment with them, a "SNAP".

Now here's a Golden Rule to apply to building that Magnetic Rapport with your prospects.

*Always* start building rapport from the second your prospect says, "Hello?"

I like to accomplish this by shouting out my prospects name as if I know them.

So if I'm calling "Billy" and the person that picks up is a guy, I'm going to
assume its my prospect Billy and I'm going to shout:

"HEY BILLY?"

This starts the rapport process IMMEDIATELY because they think it's a friend calling them. . .and then I just take it from there.

Live Prospecting Call With A Real Prospect

This prospecting call is with a prospect named Angela, now pay *Close* attention to see how I roll everything up I taught you so far, to build a simple rapport with her:

So if you're going to build a successful MLM home business you  ALWAYS need to build a relationship (or at least a magnetic rapport) with your prospect.

And remember always try to build that Relationship with your prospect, from the moment they say, "Hello". Just use those simple strategies I taught you earlier and your MLM home business will grow wide in no time.

Always use & exploit these strategies when you're building your MLM home business. Whether you're prospecting to boost your MLM product sales or you're presenting your MLM business opportunity.  Because its always an Up-Hill Battle trying to close a "Cold" prospect. And it's definitely no fun either.

So as you can see, building a M.A.G.N.E.T.I.C. rapport with your prospect IS NOT hard, all you have to do is apply & *Exploit* the right techniques!
