4 Step Easy To Follow MLM Business Plan For The Average Network Marketer

If you’re serious about building a successful MLM Business, you need an MLM Business Plan. You basically need a simple “Easy to follow” blue print of what you need to do in order to build your MLM Business.

A lot of Network Marketers fail to take the crucial step of following an MLM business plan and simply “Wing it” and hope for the best.

In MLM there are too many forks in the road that could lead you down the wrong path (broke) but by following an MLM business plan you’ll surely make a lot more smarter decisions that’ll result in a growing residual income in no time.

4 Step Easy To Follow MLM Business Plan For The Average Network Marketer

MLM Business Plan Step #1 - Build your list.

As a Network Marketer, you need to build YOUR assets. In other words something that no one not even your MLM Company can take from you, because it's yours. I'm not going to sugarcoat it or Tippy-toe around the answer. I'm just gonna come out with it.

The first thing you need to do in order to have MLM Marketing Success is to build your OWN Opt-in list, specifically your own Opt-in email list.

Why is  an Opt-in list so important you ask, well it's easy. . . You need to build relationships if you want to be successful in Network Marketing. targeted prospects is the name of the game. With an Optin list you force targeted prospects to come to you. (More about that later). Simply put you need a targeted list of prospects you can promote to over and over again, that's the only way you're going to take your MLM Business to the next level.

And why an optin email list you ask, well that's simple too. Strangers are 10x  more likely to give you their email address than their phone number.

Here are the basics to MLM Marketing through your Opt-in email list:-

  1. Collect email addresses by networking and interacting with people. This can be done in person, over the phone, or on line.

  2. Send out a weekly email to your list. Include valued information such as a link to an article that you found interesting along with product promotions and a conference call schedule. Don't just "pimp your deal", make sure there is real value in your email.

  3. Keep sending the weekly email until the person either becomes a customer, becomes a business partner, or opts out of your email.

  4. The important thing is not to give up. I have had people become customers after 4 months of emails (that's 18 emails!) because we ran a promotion that really interested them. Be sure to include at least 2 ways for the person to opt out of your list and have fun.

MLM Business Plan Step #2 - Make Contact

Don't be afraid to make contact with your prospects. If you've built an Opt-in list and collected phone numbers as well as email addresses, then follow-up via email and with a phone call.

And if you've collected your prospect's mailing address, follow-up with a post card as well. Simply put, you want to hit your prospects from every angle possible. Make contact with them on every level possible to maximize your business building efforts.

MLM Business Plan Step #3 - Effective Follow-Up

Effective followup is key to a successful MLM Business Plan. Most people need to be exposed to your marketing 7-8 before they decide to join of purchase anything. So effective followup is key.

When you’re following up with your prospects, give them value rather than just pitching to them “like everyone else”. Let them see the value in working with you and trust me the serious ones will come like clock work.

Effective followup could be as easy as sending them an informative email series on how to build a successful home based business from home or what you’ve learned and what you did to be a successful home business entrepreneur. Whatever it is, make sure it’s valuable information. It could even be calling them twice a month to share with them, some new information you’ve learned or got a hold of, that could help them for example: an ebook about the Top 10 mistakes most people make when starting a home business.

Whatever you decide to do, just remember that Effective follow-up is an essential part of your MLM Business Plan.

MLM Business Plan Step #4 – Train

That’s right. Once you have a good system of putting serious people into your MLM Downline and building your customer base it’s time to train. You have to train others to do the same.

Just know that, not everyone will take all the necessary steps to effectively build their business, using your MLM Business Plan. And that’s OK. What you’re looking for are a few key leaders who believe in your MLM Business Plan and the steps you laid out for success. These are the people you want to invest your time in.

Basically, at this point all you’re doing is training “Trainers” to follow and teach people how to follow your MLM Business Plan.

MLM Business Plan Step #5 – Repeat

Once you’ve trained yet another leader in your organization, it’s time to repeat. It’s time to keep building your list, making contact with your prospects, following up with your prospects and training those who are serious to do the same.

MLM is very “simple”. MLM DOES require hard work but with the right MLM Business Plan, MLM can be the most simplest way to make money on the planet.
